3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Registration and Requirements
- Authentication requires a valid Google account
- You are solely responsible for maintaining account security and confidentiality
- All information provided must be accurate and current
- Users must be at least thirteen (13) years of age (or have parental consent)
3.2 User Account Obligations
Users are responsible for all activities conducted through their account. In the event of unauthorized access or security breaches, users must notify their school administrator immediately.

- Storing timetable data securely within your account
- Exporting and distributing timetables for educational purposes
- Accessing your account from multiple authorized devices
- Sharing timetables with authorized personnel within your institution

- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the system or other user accounts

- We are not liable for data loss resulting from user error, device failure, or account deletion

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind, whether express or implied. We specifically disclaim any and all warranties, including but not limited to:
- Implied Warranties: Merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and title;
- Performance Warranties: Uninterrupted or error-free operation, absence of defects or malicious code;
- Availability Warranties: Continuous availability of the Service or access to user content;
- Data Accuracy Warranties: Accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of content generated or stored through the Service.
Users assume full responsibility for evaluating the quality, accuracy, and appropriateness of all content and functionality provided by the Service.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall we, our officers, directors, employees, agents, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, goodwill, use, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We are not responsible for the availability, quality, accuracy, security, or policies of third-party services. Use of third-party services is at your own risk, and any issues arising from third-party services should be directed to the respective service providers.
12. Educational Use and Age Restrictions
The Service is designed specifically for use by educational institutions, including schools, educational organizations, educators, and administrators. The Service is intended to facilitate the creation, management, and distribution of class timetables and educational schedules.
Age Requirements: Users under thirteen (13) years of age may access the Service only with documented parental or legal guardian consent. Educational institutions are responsible for obtaining and maintaining such consent prior to permitting minor users to access the Service. In accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent.
13. Modifications to Terms of Service
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Any modifications or updates to these Terms will be effective immediately upon posting to the Service. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. Continued use of the Service following the posting of modified Terms constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to the modified terms. - Security vulnerabilities or threats posed by your account or activity.
Upon termination or suspension of your account, all associated data may be permanently deleted from our systems in accordance with our data retention policies. You will not be entitled to any compensation, refund, or recovery of data following account termination.
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service and the use of the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where you access the Service, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
